We will search and contact the main buyers,
distributors, wholesalers, dealers, etc. that
may be interested in your product,
presenting ourselves as your agents for a
preliminary contact; one of our collaborators
will leave his name and our headquarters
telephone number for eventual controls,
asking to speak to who takes care of the
purchases, with the manager or the titular.
We will introduce your company and what
you want to sell, we will confirm their
interest in receiving your proposal and
communicate the name of the person that
will consider it.
We will supply up to thirty names of
important interlocutors contacted by us, that
will have confirmed their interest in
receiving your information, complete with a
list of names to send your documentation
to.

We will translate in Cyrillic the presentation
(proposal) that you have sent; optionally a
transmission of your documentation can be
agreed from our headquarters in Moscow.
We will translate what is sent back by the
potential customer, together with your

The basic service described up to now has a limited cost, within the possibilities of every business.
We will then make available, for the meetings
with the customers in Moscow: an official car
with driver, an Italian-Russian interpreter, a
manager for commercial-administrative
assistance, besides support of our office in
Moscow for further agreements.
These services will be paid separately, at a reduced price reserved for you and previously agreed at the time of their use.
If, after the first meetings or in a following phase, you should feel that it is appropriate to activate a contract with our organization for the management and development of the market, the costs of the basic service will be reimbursed.

We would also like to inform you that we don't use salesmen or representatives to illustrate our services, but it is the direction of our structure that relates with the interested company and it moves for the meetings in it's headquarters; therefore we prefer to have the heads of the companies as an interface and not simple interlocutors.
